Guild Maker

I tried to make a guild but when i entered the name the guild master told me: Only use english! so i removed the spaces, any dots and anything that isn't in the english alphabet, i tried several more times but still got the same; Only english! message I'm not sure if im doing something wrong, or if its a bug. And now when i try to talk to him he doesn't respond at all. I have no idea whats going on with the guild master anymore. I think he's gone insane. Has anyone else got the crazy guild master?
