Guild issues!

I have a friend that owns a guild but is trying to leave that guild to join ours but no matter what they do they cant leave it
-they have tried the /g leave & /g disband
-they have tried to add someone to see if they can promote them and they cant even promote them
-they have tried switching server & leaving and rejoining
-they have tried leaving the party we were in to see if that worked

Their IGN is MagicalMuffin_ and the guild they own's name is [FLMU] FlowerMuffins

 

Are they doing /g or /gu ?

Because /g won’t work, only /gu or /guild
