Guild Issue?

Hello so today our guild leader made me chief and left the server so that I would become the new owner of it.

The memo said "You will lose 3 soul points and CutiePie will become the new leader of the guild" etc. He typed yes and it stated as 'successful'.

However, him and myself are now both the guild leader. We can not remove one another, we can not change eachother's ranks and we both have four stars next to our name in /g.

He states that he can still /leave the guild, however it prompts him that the guild will be disbanded if he does so and he will lose another 3 soul points in the process.

Should we just let it be and wait for an update? Is this known of? Thank you very much for your time.

 

It is known that leaving guilds is glitched, you'll have to wait for next update
Or, idk if mods can do this, have a mod kick that person from the guild

mods cant do that, they need a server admin for that (I'm talking bout the pig)
