This Guardian is quite bad. So I would say charge anywhere in between 60-70le.

least I would accept is 80 LE, this one is below average but ok ones go for 100 LE in aucs

 

This is way below average. Average health is 3200 and health regen is 800.
80le is too much.

 

uh what... 3200 and 800 regen sells for like 2.5 stacks, and I never said it was average.

Turns out I was wrong, average health is 3600 and regen 700.
