    I want the cheapest as possible, but I also want it to be decent. Here are the requirement:

    Minimum: +3000 health
    Minimum : +800 Health regen

    These two are those I focus most and I want both of those in that spear.
    Show me a screenie or tell me stats in comment. Also tell me how much you want for it.
