Guaranteed Build Application Reply?

Hello, I applied for the WynnCraft build team and I am just wondering about weather or not I am guaranteed to get a reply, no matter what the answer is. I know it does take a while for the applications to be read, but I'm wondering if possibly first someone goes through applications that definitely won't do, and then they get sent to the guy who decides weather or not they make the team. I'm also wondering if I could show some different pictures of my builds for it, even though I already sent the application. The pictures i sent weren't necessarily my best work, so I don't want someone to get the wrong idea about my build talents. So if there's anyone who is knowledgable about this particular subject, I would be very thankful if they could help me. Thanks!
