I understand I maybe should have logged out while warming my lunch. I did afk in Olux and came back to no weapons, armour, all my accessory gone, and my teir 4 gathering things that I had just purchased on the market gone. I am unsure how I died multiple times when I was in the Olux bank.

If there is any way I could please have my inventory restored at all I would be very grateful. Or at the least can I know how I met my demise?

p.s. I have a few characters, and forgot to mention which one. So it would be for my highest level archer that was effected. If a member of staff could get back to me soon, I would really appreciate it!

 

Olux has mobs that spawn in or underneath it (can't remember which one), and then can clip through blocks sometimes and spawn kill players.
Truly sorry, but wynn has a no refund policy, so we can't give you your items back.

If you need any weapons, teleport scrolls, or anything if you're trapped in Olux, I'm sure people will offer to help you out, and I can too if you need.

 

Additionally, it's best to /class when you AFK- no town is truly safe :(

 

I figured as much, as we have the same policy on the network I work on. Figured it wouldn't hurt to at least ask. This was a lesson well learned, no more afk in game, I'll utilize that ./Class command.
