Grinding Spots Lvl 91+?

So I have no idea what to do now except for grinding to get to level 100. But the problem is... WHERE?!

The only place where I've considered to grind is at Qira's Hive whether it's with the cows or with Qira and her spiders. Is there a place where I can grind and preferably afk as well?

 

Not sure, ive been looking around and the ice place in the level 90 volcano has insane spawn rates of level 90-92. Got the level 90ish legendary wand phoenix wing and a few level 90 acessories in 15 minutes, as well as a bar and a half


Edit: also a lot of respawning loot chests and diverse weaknesses. Careful of the water drakes there though, 2 shotgun hits ripped through 7000 hp on 60 def mage. Last thing: inventory management gets annoying here, many junk items drop

Not sure, out of the house right now. From the lava town, forgot the name, go straight, make a left, straight, right, follow the path and you are there. Its as close to the city as tol is to troms. Reminds me of a mix of rotten cave and the trainer room.
