Assassin/Ninja Help Grimtrap Melee

I have already come up with a good build, but i need you to improve it. I am looking for more lifesteal without loosing defences.

Build:
Centipede: For the attack speed tier to increase the dps.
Libra: For the hp, defences in all elements and and 20% earth damage
Physalis: For the the attack speed tier, the sp and the poison.
Gaea-Hewn Boots: Defences, earth damage, eyploding.
Breezehands: The tier attack speed for the dps.
Prism: The skillpoints are required to be able to wear. The defences are also needed
Clockwork: For extra hp and some nice defences.
Diamond Fusion necklace: The skillpoints are hardly needed and since you already got prism, this takes no extra skillpoint. Also adds defence.
Grimtrap: The weapon this build is based around. Has nice damage and lifesteal for the sustain.
