Hopefully it has a portal in the lobby to join Wynncraft, get some of Grian's fanboys to come admire our rustic houses.

Ah yes, another creative server community waiting to be ruined by undertale and FNAF flamewars, 8 year Olds, people who can't handle criticism, rps like "hs-power-camp-teen-anime-furry-herobrine-horror-slenderman-tentacle-hentai rp", or might as well stripclubs......

Well it isn't out yet from what I can tell so I'm going to wait to see what happens. I'm curious to see how this affects Wynn, it sounds pretty hard owning two servers and a big youtube channel.

Honest opinion here: a separate server owned by Grian seems like a bad idea.

Sure, the upcoming server by him sounds cool and all, and I'll definitely check it out when I have the time. But all the while we were building for Wynncraft, Grian started his YT channel and rose through pretty quick, with more than a million subs as of now. CraftedMovie has been abandoned for some time, because the admins have been working on Wynn. One of the original 3 founders of Wynncraft starting his own server was like Notch working on Minecraft while working under a separate videogame company, in which in the end he left the company and started Mojang.

What I fear most is Grian may eventually cut ties with Wynn and basically start his own "company". This may seem unlikely but it's a thought. Grian may start spending more time on his network than on the Wynn network. Some from Grian's crew have already started working for the server, and it may be possible that some CT members can switch sides after his server is public.

I've looked at some threads on the Grian Network forum, and I saw interesting stuff like "Minigames" and "Survival". This requires another more people to work for him, in which Grian may recruit the existing Wynn CT or open up crew applications to others. With the Grian Network becoming live, and expanded in the future, what will happen to Wynn? Many Wynncrafters will probably play on Grian's server, leaving Wynn in the dust. His popularity on YT can attract more players. Grian hardly ever mentions Wynn in his videos, so there probably won't be new players on Wynn, but a TON on the Grian Network(in which he will probably make a video about his server too). Salted and Jumla will be left here to continue working on Wynn, which won't be as effective as before Grian starts multitasking between Wynn and GN(Grian Network), or leave Wynn completely. We may lose a considerable playerbase as well, for obvious reasons.

With a half done Wynncraft(Fruma and Dern?) and possible shrinking playerbase, the Grian Network can impact Wynn in many ways, just like what Wynn did to the original CraftedMovie server. Perhaps Grian can operate his server under the Wynncraft alias or a sub-server of Wynncraft, to ensure he does not abandon a server he founded completely.

Again, these are just my perceptions and thoughts on this. I sincerely wish good luck to Grian and the Grian Network, and hope he manages to make the server successful.
