Hello all!

I am Zarathaen, but you can also call me Sven if you'd prefer. I really don't mind. I was looking through the Twitch launcher's modpacks a few days ago under the 'RPG/Adventure' filter and I saw the Wynncraft modpack. It's got a few nice quality of life additions, but I had no clue what it did at first. Opened it. Hit play. Learned that Wynncraft existed. I nearly left when I first joined, because this really wasn't what I had in mind when I searched for an RPG 'modpack', (hoping to do singleplayer regular minecraft w/ adventure stuff added) but I quickly realised this was actually really cool. Three days (I think) down the line and I'm a level 34 Warrior and considering buying VIP or VIP+ in the next few days. So hey, I guess it wasn't such a bad thing I clicked on this by accident after all.

All in all I'm really enjoying the world (Grian & Build Team did an excellent job, yeesh) and the RPG aspects are probably the most sophisticated I've seen in a server that can be joined with the default launcher and no mods. I think it's brilliant that you guys used note blocks to do entire intricate music tracks. I played a different server which was similar probably two or so years back. They also used emeralds as currency and had an RPG theme, but it as nowhere near as detailed and well put together as this. Mainly I hated that some of the quest locations required PvP and other areas had membership restrictions. You guys have done a great job of keeping almost everything free and I kind of wish this was a standalone game so you could fully reap the benefits of having it copywritten and up for sale on, say, Steam. I really can't heap on enough praise so I'll honour your creation by putting more of my life into it. Keep up the great work.

If the other server was dungeon realms, you missed out on several years of wynncraft. Also dungeon realms is trash from what I've heard.

 

If I recall correctly, I think it was dungeon realms. I enjoyed it for a bit, but it was really repetitive and they kind of locked a lot of the map behind a pay wall and pvp. Not my cup of tea. o3o
