Greaves Of Veneer And Aqua?

Aquarius is a level 95 chestplate, while Greaves of Veneer is a lvl 89 legging.

I see many people say they use those two items alongside Memento and Third Eye for their mage. But I've ran into a problem. At lvl 95 you only get 188 skill points ( assuming I did my math correctly 2 x 95 = 190 - 2 ( level 1 doesnt give any ) ) and you get 188 points, Greaves of Veneer requires 30 Strength, and 70 Defense which is 100 points, then Aquarius requires... 110 intelligence, so which accessories do you need in order to use both at the same time?

I dunno, jester set? IIRC they give skill points, but not sure, may want to check.

Reminder is a great ring for intelligence boosting, with an average 6 intelligence boost, up to 8...though, at the same time, it is Lv 96.
