Assassin/Ninja Help Great Spell Dmg Build

It's for my 90 Assassin and I really don't have a budget I just need something that can maybe do 8k multi and like 12k smoke bomb

with preferably no mythics.

 

Umm. This is just a prototype but no Mythics involved so I hope it's ok

Third eye: mana and spell damage

Soul signal: spell damage

Sagittarius: speed cause assassin doesn't have very good movement and some raw spell damage

Memento: spell and mana with decent hp

Suppression

Clockwork ring: spell damage( only 6% but it helps)

Nebulous: percent and raw spell damage

Willpower to complete the spell spammy and raw spell damage build


I haven't tested this so if you want to go ahead and try but tell me if it works good or not please!

Do you need a willpower? I got a 2/4 mana regen one.
