Archer/Hunter Great Gales Force Build!

Ok so I made this build and I find that it is very good so let me tell it to ya!


Helmet

Shimmersight

I know this isn't an air helmet but it is very good. It has 3/4 mana regen and tons of skill points to help out too! And the extra defense doesn't hurt either!

Soarfae

Now I find this one of the best air chestplates. It has some walkspeed and some good air damage. It also gives some much needed agility.

Can be substituted for boreal-patterned aegis. I just don't have one because I chose the bow instead.

For the leggings I use Gemini for defenses but if you want to go a bit more cannony you could use makani or even the air devision legs. There might be better ones out there but idk

Dark channeler is also a viable substitute for Gemini for spell spamming but with less defense.

For boots I would use kickbacks. 25% air damage... Nuf said

Can use wind mimic instead.

For accessories use clock set accessories cause they give an awesome air damage buff too

It's ok, but not OP. Gemini takes up your skill points and Leictreach Makani ruins your defenses/takes up skill points. I would personally use dark channeler for leggings to compensate for the lack of spell spam. (Even better if you are using thunder powders on Gale's Force) Boreal Patterned Aegis is also a good alternative for Soarfae if you prefer more defenses and mana regen.

 

I mean I can sorta spell spam without worrying as is and I get 8-9 k bombs consistently so I guess not op but really good for a cheap build. I only use Gemini as a protector from elemental damage mobs and stuff and I guess you could use makani but I don't. That is only for full glass cannon. Also dark channeller has good buffs and stuff but it doesn't have that much of a defensive part. This build is only able to withstand hits when agility doesn't proc because of Gemini.

Personnaly I'd use Boreal Patterned Aegis for more tanky and health and cool shit.
Everything seems good, I'd use Wind Mimic though just for the extra walk speed and insane +agi.

 

I am switching to that once my assassin is level 80

I also use kickbacks over wind mimic because of the extra hp and a shit ton of air damage.

It's a legit build.
The accessories are kinda weird though, imo you'd be better off using the classic Raging Wind, Contrail and Errant.
You should also look at items like Cumulonimbus (good for damage and elemental defenses), Boreal-Patterned Aegis (super good for defense and offense) and Capricorn (very good damage, skill points and mana in case you decide to go for more int).
But yes, your build is completely legit, you don't have to change anything if it fits your playstyle and you're happy with it. :)

 

I was actually planning to use boreal aegis but I'm not sure what accessories give more air damage in total
