    There is a strict no refund policy, sorry, but they can't do anything. All we can really do is hope that this gets fixed, which it probably will.

    Hey!
    We unfortunately have strict no-refund policy on ingame items.
    Did you perhaps have an existing stack of LE in your inventory that it was placed in?

    No it hasnt been paced into an existing stack of le in my inventory. The thing is that I read the no-refound policy "rules" and there is written that you cant get back an item if you lost it, but it is something different if you havent got your reward. Its one of the last sentences...

    The policy states that you should make a bug report, that is because not receiving a quest reward is likely a bug - the items are still most likely not going to be refunded.
    Is there anything unusual you may have done in the quest or before receiving the reward? (Eg. Logging out as the final dialogue is playing, running far from the NPC, etc.)

    I have made nothing unusual but my inventory was filled with potions (dont know if there was any inventory-slot left...but it should drop in that case right?) and I had to make the aledar-cart mission 3 times because I failed. I hope that can help to fix the bug

    That's a bit stupid, it's the server's fault he lost them and he has clear proof here

    The no-refund policy applies regardless of the amount of proof provided - which in this case is none.
    You had a full inventory, correct?

    He provided screenshots of before and after, granted he could have dropped them but I don't think he would run the risk of being found out

    Anyway, if you'd like I can confirm whether the policy would apply in this case with the QA team.

    Of course the policy will apply and he'll lose them, I lost a whitehorse due to a glitch and the content team didn't care, if I had a rank maybe they would have but who knows eh?

    I am not sure if I had a full inventory or not but it is possible...
    I can understand the no-refund policy...it would be nice to get the 3 le but I can see the point in those rules...
    So only do one thing to satisfy me... make it not happen again please :D
