Got Banned Without Any Reason

I got banned from this and more server without hacking, I hope you can help me get unbanned.

 

Go to https://forums.wynncraft.com/forums/ban-appeals.84/ and click [Create Appeal]

 

but when i go to put my minecraft name it doesn't work ;-;

Try entering all Minecraft usernames that you have ever used.

I'd like to point out that your ban could have just been a temp-ban, in which case you will not be able to make an appeal.

 

I think it's premenant. and what's their discord?
