Assassin/Ninja Help Good Weatherd Build Stuff

Alright so. I've been wanting to actually use my Ninja for something, and I've never really considered air builds so heck why not!

I am requesting a build for Weathered.
What I need:
~No hive master items, any others are fine.
~Preferrably no LI, but if it's necessary I do have access to DFN.
~Decent health and not terrible defenses. I know air is usually pretty glass but, try to keep any negative defenses above -100 kthx
~Good damage, I'm not asking for god tier, just good enough that I can actually fight bosses.
~Decent mana for spells, again, not asking for anything ridiculous, 6 or 7 will do because I will have a secondary dagger with more mana on it.
