Good melee assassin build, No mythics

I would like to know if there is an affordable melee assassin build. Im level 102 and all the videos and tutorials all feature builds that are either too expensive or too rare. Just for context, I havent completed Qira Hive, but if the build requires Items from Qira Hive, then please tell me because I will clear it in the future. But preferably I would like it if the build didnt have too much requirements.

What I am looking for is a build that is 4 survivability and 6 damage (in a scale of 10) but if there is something better I would like to know. (btw wynndata isnt working)
