    well I'd suggest Specialist or Slider since they have a lot of slots and/or a lot of neu dmg to convert to elemental

    Slider has like -30 Dexterity on average so I wouldn't recommend it. A dexterity Specialist would work, however.
    Your best bet is Pencuri, a level 100 unique dagger. It has no thunder damage originally but you can add powders.

    well maybe alazarin
    it has same attack speed but it has 5 slots for powders and even though it has no +dex it's still a lot stronger than Pencuri even unpowdered

    Your best option is probably Hive Infused Dagger with full thunder powders.

    I'd recommend hive dagger, with full thunder powders.

    Roulette / Crossroad Killer; I know they are not level 100, but they are very good, and Roulette has +450% in Thunder and Melee Damage with Super Fast Attack Speed. With that, you could counter Cancer & Amulet of Rejuvenation's negative melee damage.
