    AFAIK
All mobs has the same chance to drop unid items (exceptions for some mobs like Relic Guardian etc.) on their level range
So what you might wanna do is using good loot bonus armors (preferably loot quality if you can -and want- craft the armors) and weapons and killing low hp mobs on the level range you need the item (usually these mobs drops less exp, but if you only care about the item drops, ignore the exp)

I might be wrong on drop rate, but again, this is as far as i know

You'll typically get better loot from high-tier loot chests, so any tier three or four loot chests in those level ranges is probably your best bet. At 50-60, there's a good deal of chests in the jungle in various caves. After that, you'll mostly be in Gavel in appropriately leveled areas for quests, so you'll probably be able to just check out caves around you. If you specifically want to grind mobs, I don't know many specific locations. There's the spider cave by Llevigar, the herb cave, and ToL (although that's pretty mediocre now), but beyond that I can't think of any off the top of my head. I would definitely recommend grabbing some loot bonus armour either way if you want to specifically lootrun or grind mobs for items, but even without it you'll get a decent number of good items.
