Selling Good Hero

I got lots of feedback on my Hero auction and almost all of it was people raging at me telling me to make a selling forum if I have a price in mind. I do believe it was none of their business if they weren't attempting to purchase my Hero, but there was enough people replying to convince me this was a good idea.



Now, I will remind everyone that I did get this Hero price checked by nearly everyone who knows what they're talking about in the trading community, so don't try to tell me the price is wrong. It's simple, you're either buying it or you're not, so don't waste your time trying to get me to lower the price.

Also, I would love for someone to explain to me how to get the picture of the Hero to come up on the forum itself, as placing the URL seen on this thread currently into the 'picture' button while creating a post doesn't work.

its the 3rd best dps spear in the game, not even including all the air dmg and walk speed you can get with it
i feel like you're salty just because you can't buy it

 

I would like to see a list of DPS spears before you say that, cause I do not believe that. :)

People still buy Pures. And depressing items.

people buy pure's because they want to own a mythic, and depressing items are used for a specific quest. Hero is a good spear, and people use it.

I think people hate on the air element in general unless they use walkspeed.

 

People hate Hero because it's genuinely outclassed by all other Mythic Spears excluding Idol. Hero may have okay damage, but its low base means only a small amount of Air Defense is enough to neutralize it, and Air is one of the easiest Elements to defend against in today's meta (Hive Chest, Hive Boots, Gemini etc). It doesn't have Strati's ability to penetrate armor thanks to its high base Neutral to utilize Earth Powders, nor does it have Weathered's ability to simply overwhelm the opponent's defenses. With all of this, Thrundacrack is just a Hero but better in every way except Walk Speed, and 29% max really isn't all that impressive. Some may argue that Hero is intended to be a melee Spear, but it cannot compete with the likes of Alkatraz, Apocalypse or even Cue Stick as long as + Tier Attack Speed remains a thing.

You still get bragging rights though.
