Any Class Help Good Build For Mage Or Assassin

Yes, Im looking for a relatively cheap build for either Mage or assassin. My mage is 99 and my assassin is 98. I have 2 stacks of LE which I'd like to put to good use. I simply want a cheap-effective build for either class. Plain and simple.

I don't have anything for Assassin, I'm not very familiar with that class.
