Good Build For Bosses?

I've gotten a max endgame XP set for every class, have a decent 4.28125 stacks of LE, and have a slot at 101 (Assassin). It's time I use a build other than XP.

I'm asking about a good Assassin build that should be able to solo Qira. It doesn't matter whether I have enough to buy it at the moment; I'm just looking for one that I can look to creating.

Make sure that the build is PvE, not PvP; I don't care as much about PvP as PvE.

Large note: I do not want to abuse the current Attack Speed nor Thorns/Life Steal glitches for a build, so don't throw them at me.

Now that that's out of the way, give me whatever suggestions you have.

I'd say something with Hive Infused Dagger and Taurus or Chest of Ineptitude with raw melee or raw spell damage.

 

So you're talking about the attack speed bug... He specifically said not to do that.

On taurus the negative tier attack speed will be -7 ~ -13, your spells will do no damage, but your melee will be boosted by a ton, but instead of hitting super slow, you hit the normal attack speed of the weapon, aka very fast bc of hive dagger. With chestplate of ineptitude, your spell damage will be increased by A LOT! And he doesn't want that.

 

So using +tier attack speed is abusing it ? k den

 

It's a bug, that is not suppose to increase/decrease your damage, so yes, it is abusing it. Just like thorns/ref + lifesteal builds.

 

Using it to get more melee and not %spell dam isn't abusing it ...

 

Don't know if you can wait, but a "Powder" based build might be a challenge. Let's say limiting yourself to uniques and rares (as a starting point) with multiple slots and working out the ultimate Powder Buff Melee Build.
Um, not to be confused with Powder Puff Melee Build...

Also, I don't know what Daffy Duck hit you with but you better snap out of it. Your Id and Super Ego are about to escalate.

 

Using it to increase your attack speed to boost damage is. Anyway, a good build would be Weathered/Rewind, Third Eye, Millenium, Crystal, or Vaward, and finally memento, accessories are jester set 3 piece (ring ring bracelet), and a royal stormy works good. Skill points are

Str: 1 for jester bracelet (your rings will give u 5 str or 6 str)
Dex: 25 if you're using weathered, otherwise use 65
Intel: 75 if you're going to use millenium
Def: 1 for jester bracelet (your rings will give you 5 or 6 str)
Agil: 100 if you're going to use weathered otherwise use 55 Agility

Yeah the opposite is abusing too :) its just less known. You even described the glitch you were abusing in one of your earlier post xD

Pretty sure my build can easily solo qira if i bring enough pots.

Is that the one where you take virtually no damage? I would like to know the build for that.

But would that be able to kill Qira due to elemental defense?
Didn't really mention it before; I'll edit it in now, and tell you it here: I'm only really looking for a PvE build; PvP doesn't matter to me.

 

Raw spell damage is neutral damage so with multi hit you can do 10k dmg in neutral, I only picked those weapons for both PvE and PvP, use Qira hive dagger if you like to.
