Mage/Dark Wizard Good Build For A Level 91 Mage

    Sorry if the title is a bit vague, but I left it that way because I honestly don't even know what exactly it is I want. I'm an older player who hasn't joined the server in a long time and am just recently getting back into playing the server. The problem is I have never been good at making class builds and my current set up is garbage. There are parts where I deal less damage than enemies regenerate.

    Anyway, I am looking from a build with a preferably higher DPS. I would also like to specify that I do not have enough money to buy crazy expensive items like Mythics (My entire fortune is 64LE). If anyone has a good build that I can afford, I would greatly appreciate it.

    This build you should be able to afford, because it has no crazy items like mythics, but I am not sure if you will not level over 91 while geting the wand.
