Assassin/Ninja Help Good Assasssin Build?

I have a budget of around 550k ems and I am lvl 105. My current build is https://wynnbuilder.github.io/#4_0cD0cB0cA0c80cF0cF0c40c90aX11111f111B1g000010008n but I keep dying in NoL boss room. Is there a good build with around preferably 100k ehp, no nhpr and either 30k melee dps or around 6k spins and 15k multihits.

It has absolutely awful damage (2k dps and about 9k multihit) but it has 170k ehp and 1 mana multihits. Doesn't quite match the requirements (not enough damage and has health regen) but it's extremely hard to die with it. I know from experience that you can facetank the NoL boss fight with it (both phases, the second of which I soloed with this).
Again, extremely low damage so I know it isn't exactly what you're looking for and I'm aware that there are probably better builds out there, but it is incredibly tanky.
Note that this setup requires Qira Hive completion and a particular boss altar, but both of those should be fine.

see if a inferno is in your budget, if you can get a inferno you could get some 200k ehp 30k dps builds

 

worst inferno is 900k on tm .-.

Which piece is the least important in this build?

 

intensity, as that is damage and that seems to be just tanky based

 

I’m not sure which one is the least important, but I’d probably say Founder, all it really gives is hpr and negative walkspeed. It gives a boost to Defense, but it’s pretty minor.
Intensity’s damage boost is so that you can actually beat bosses after your entire party dies.
