Good Armor Suggestions For A Mage Spell Damage Build?

Currently, I focus heavily on mana regen combined with intelligence buffs which is pretty nice but I feel like I'm not doing as much damage as I could be. This is my current setup for important fights

So like I said, I've been looking for armor and weapon suggestions to switch to a more spell damage based setup, which leads me to a question I had - is spell damage percentage a better boost to have than raw spell damage boost? For instance +19% spell damage instead of +150 spell damage.

 

Well for exame your weapon pure has a lot of potential, if you get +1000 or more spell damage plus 300 percent then it can do a crap ton of damage. But percentage and raw spell damage are both very important. I would look for water based armor and weapons to save on mana and do the most damage.

You've cut off the +spell dmg on Third Eye.
Also, raw boost is better with Pure by FAR. Makes for a really op build.
