"go Northwest Of Efilim" (shattered Minds)

I was told to go Northwest of Efilim to find some caves. But I couldnt find them, I searched everywhere.

If anyone knows where they are can they please give coords or something.

 

After you talk to the Starting NPC, go Northwest of her and you'll see a small hill or incline. Once you get there, search the left side for a cave that has an entrance of leaves and flowers/mushrooms. It's not really that far, just a short walk.

Also, be very careful. If you die during the Hallucination part of the quest, you will be sent back to the very beginning: Starting Tutorial Spawn.

 

ok so im at the end of the temple, and there is a button, when I click it, a weird sound happens, what do I do?
