Glitched Quest - Shattered Minds

I am stuck on Stage 7 of Shattered Mines. When I arrive at the civilization, I talk to Nairg. I get the 2nd dialogue like I have been there before, but I have not. I can not enter the house that I get told to go into to, and get teleported down. Everything I have tried to do does not help, including /fixquests. I was wondering if there was any way I could have this quest either completely reset, or some kind of by on this one part of the quest so I can continue and complete it.

Is it the right house ?
The right one has Salted's head upstairs.

 

I don't get the stage 7 message, though it is the right house. I've looked up a play through of it and I don't get the same messages other people get.
