Glitch In Fortuneteller Quest?

So I did the quest recently after finally levelling my assassin to 97. So when I arrived at the quiz part I'm the stone castle, besides having the question and the answer stands spawn, other random commands blocks spawned around the room as well. I'm sorry if this is a known problem already but I just wanna confirm my doubts.

 

I saw those command blocks as well. It doesn't affect the function of the quiz, but it is a bit odd why they're there considering command blocks are usually supposed to be hidden. They also seemed to multiply in number as you answered each question...

It probably is a glitch, but it isn't a game breaking one so it has probably been disregarded for now. Besides, players can't modify anything with the command blocks anyway.
