Mage/Dark Wizard Help Give Me A Water Damage Build (or Some Damage Build That Has Sustain, No Rng Like Thunder)

So for example it could be water and earth based or so :) Just list what items you think would be best for such a build (You can include Lament as the weapon for example)
NOTE: IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE EXACTLY WATER + EARTH, JUST WATER + SOMTIN

Actually u know what, it doesn't even have to be a water build to be completely honest. Just something that hits hard, but doesn't die in an instant. No rng based builds (like thunder)

It should be a fun build, use thunder powders on the armor and water powders on the lament.
There's lotsa melee damage. 'Course don't forget the water special.
use any secondary element you want.

Although I guess that you probably want a spell build, considering how you asked for a water damage build.
