Requirements

No quest reward items. (Except Hive and Royal Stormy are allowed.)

Try to avoid LI items.

melee https://wynndata.tk/s/R4bWM6 uses fusion brace and necklace; can use clockwork and gigabyte but note ele def will be a lot worse (although more sp/hp)

glass-ish hybrid https://wynndata.tk/s/y3oA8f (atlas getting buffed so it'll be 8/4 ms) can get either 105 int or better agi. can use either chain, quake, whatever
