Assassin/Ninja Gimme A Good Attack Speed Build!!!

Please help me create a Attack Speed build
I get that @icebreaker made this but... I want to go on a little different track
Please only put Legendary & Rare (Unique if really good)
I hope it to be better then +1 Attack Tier
SLOTS:
Helmet: Cancer
Chestplate: Puppeteer
Leggings: Vaward
Boots: Gaea-Hewn Boots

Accessories: Breezehands <-- Ok I'm not using this :)
Weapon: Flameshot Hilt

NOTES:
- I am an Assassin
- near level 99 (1 mil XP!!!!)
- the idea is to turn figuratively EVERY weapon into; Very Fast or Super Fast (maybe fast)

The negative melee and spell just makes it worse, even with the tier booster

 

You should notice but SERIOUSLY -98 PLUS Melee Damage!!1 Are you joking!! Why the hell would I use that!!! And it's not a poison build...

Because somehow with -3945820385409% melee damage you still do like 2k melees

 

Mathematically it should not.

 

But physically it does.

 

you can easily get over 100% melee damage with the right build.

 

I AM NOT JUST BUYING CANCER TO TRY THIS OUT.....

 

well the -melee gets countered by Puppeteer, which at max is 63 or 64% melee. Vaward at max is 20%. Gaea Hewn has 20%? That's over 100, which counters that cancer.

 

How much would the whole build cost (in LE)?

Jackies apocalypse cancer can solo legendary island, and any boss that ever lived

If you use a super slow thing with high damage (like flameshot, but sp is kind of hard) you have super fast, even with puppeteer,

AND A TON OF DAMAGE!,

puppeteer is 65%,

Vaward is 20%

gaea hewn is 20% and 15% fire/water/earth damage

and then accessories,

thats a lot of damage, and it almost completely counters the -melee from cancer,

This build is amazing, and i'm sure it works with flameshot or something or anything that needs 100 sp,

jackies build has 2 prisms but if you don't care about pvp it should still be pretty good because defense really don't mean a lot in pve,

i'm talking about the players defense not mob defense, mob defense annoying as fuck

Yea. Tbh the -melee completely counters breezehand's +atk speed so it is actually pretty much useless. Only situation it ever would be useful is if you just want to hit faster but have lower dmg output which mathematically would mean the same dmg output in any situation. I feel like breezehand should be buffed where it gets -20% melee instead of -30% melee so it is actually useable in atk speed builds.

 

Breeze hands only use is normal -> fast spell spamming is ezer
