Build Giant Tree Stump

I've been working on this for quite awhile now, and I figured I haven't posted anything recently. I was going to put a lore for it, but I'm no good story-teller. You guys can make some crazy lore stuff if you want though!

Starting this quite far back, I got sidetracked for couple months and only recently picked it back up. If you were wondering, I got the inspiration for building this after watching Grian's tree-building episodes. I actually had a ton of fun working on this project! Anyways, no one really reads the description so enjoy! =)

The random, wild block placements and highly varied palette produce a gorgeous result. It's good to have you back.

 

It might just be the imagery, but as much as I like your detailing, I feel like rather than the stump being a center icon, it's getting lost in amongst all the leaves. Although that could be what you're going for regardless; in which case pay no mind to this comment. xD

 

A bit messy, but lookin gud

 

You have everything in this build.
A trail, a farm, a cave, trees, leaves and waste, a campfire, backside entrances, a house. A lot of things...

The ground Blocks look a bit messy, like someone vomited on the ground before you started building. But your main stump looks really good!

This looks amazing! I agree with the others saying that it looks messy enough to work perfectly. I thought it was really unique that you changed the biome in areas to add some extra detail.

 

Yeah, I actually finished early on with the stump, but as I was reflecting, I noticed how empty the whole build was in general. So by putting some more stuff in, the stump generally became less of the main attraction. Everything else would just be ground and trees if nothing was added =]
