Buying Ghost (ring) Or Contrail (bracelet)

Ghost is a Lv. 77 Ring which is a hybrid focus of Speed & Spell damage.

If both Spell Damage and Walkspeed are at least higher than 3%, and depending on how high it is, I will buy it for 16EB-32EB. (Dunno how pricing fairs with Accessories so I kinda want a scaling of it. My price range isn't final, just saying.)

Contrail is a Lv. 94 Ring which focuses on Walkspeed & Air Damage.

If both Walkspeed and Air Damage are higher than 8%, and depending on how high it is, I will buy it for 32EB-1LE (Again, dunno scaling. If anyone has knowledge on WynnEconomics then just make a post telling me how much they're worth).

*Note: I will only buy 1 of the two items above (for now), assuming they meet my requirements.
