    It is possible, but I don't know where to get the rest of the set. Possibly from mobs in/outside Twain's Mansion.

    I believe you can get it from Mobs outside Twains Mansion, but the merchant is gone? Wat.

    the ghost merchant still exists, but only sells the helm as far as i know
