getting an error everytime i use the store

everytime i try and purchase anything from the store im getting this message
Your payment was declined. Please try again or use a different payment method.
i have money in my account and have used multiple different bank cards to try and complete the purchase but this error continues to happen to me and my girlfriend whenever we try and purchase anything on the wynncraft store. anyone know how to fix this any help will be appreciated.
