Assassin/Ninja General Use Weathered Build

By "General Use" I mean I want this build to be useful for a variety of things in game (TNA, LI, and/or Lootruns) with little to no issue. I know builds like this are possible because of my current Fatal build which can take on TNA, LI, and Lootruns all at once, without having to be changed between the three.

I don't know if this is a big ask or not. I just want an Assassin build using my favorite weapon that isn't delagated to a single thing in the game.

This defo works with lr, probably li, and maybe TNA
It's a little on the lacking side for TNA but eh.
The damage looks mid on paper, but once you get a boon in lr's or you have some good cps it's really good

click per second, they mean if you cast fast the dmg will be acceptable

but if you have like wynntils quick cast does it matter to much?

 

Wynntils quick cast isn't the Server's cps limit, you can go faster (you can't just spam though, spells like Smoke spammed will just be a waste)
