Buying Gear (around Lvl 68)

I am looking for a bow with good earth and water elements (for casting spells)
I need sodeta boots with high spell damage.
I need any other armor that is good for casting spells.
(i mainly need the bow, because i have to take down the CoW and i still have olux's prized bow ;n; )

If you want a bow to murder CoW with I suggest getting something with air damage on it as he's 4x weak to air :P

Nah, sodeta boots are the best thing for my build atm.

3/4s mana regen
9/2s life steal
+16% health regen
+18% spell damage
+11% xp bonus
