Gavel Update Room

i have some questions about the update to gavel:
1. in the update room is there an enderchest?
2. are you alone in the update room ? ( so no1 can pickup your items)
3. are the arrows in the bank removed yet?

EDIT:
4. if you have a full inventory does your armor drop too?

 

There are banks in the update room, yes.
There might be other people roaming around.
If you mean the arrows you had before the update 1.12, then they should be gone already.

 

i had 2 stacks of arrows in my bank just yesterday so they aren't gone yet
