    Grian said Gavel will start at lvl 40, does that mean you have a kit that automaticly is at lvl 40 or do u have to have a kit that is already at least lvl 40.

    It means it's best to go there with a Lv40+ class.

    in other words the world is make for players around level 40-100 you could go there as a lower level but its not recommended.

    From what I know there's a level 40+ quest that you need to finish in order to get to Gavel. So yes, level 40+.

    no 1 ever said that. u can go in as level 1. u just shouldn't as all the mobs are 40+
