Guide Gameplay Update - Why Grandmother Will Be Insanely Powerful

First of all, let's take a look at powders. Grandmother has 4 powder slots.



Using this Earth powder as an example, putting 4 of them on Grandmother will yield the following results. Note that this formula may be incorrect but I chose to use it since it seemed the most logical:

Base Damage:
205-290 Neutral
410-540 Earth

Calculations:
Earth Boost: (15-18)*4 = 60-72 Earth Damage
Neutral Conversion: 38% + ( 38% * 62% ) + ( 38% * 38.44% ) + ( 38% * 23.83%) = 85.23%
0.8523 * (205-290) = 175-247 Neutral Damage
(175-247) + (60-72) + (410-540) = 645-859 Earth Damage

After Powders:
30-43 Neutral Damage
645-859 Earth Damage

Damn. These aren't even tier VI powders.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

Grandmother is often disadvantaged of its relatively slow speed compared to almost every other Archer. However Quake turns this around by stunning your enemies, making them easy targets for your insanely powderful Bomb Arrows, as well as dealing heavy damage. If this 'heavy damage' is calculated by your weapon damage... RIP enemies.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

The synergy! THE SYNERGY! Grandmother will literally make you stronger just by holding it! If you slap in more items with negative health regen, like, oh I don't know, THIS?

But what's the difference between the grandmother and other earth spears with 4 powder slots? It's a mythic too, it should be op.

You can switch between other weapons to not die. For example Ignis.

 

But you'd still have that insane -health regen from armor...

LOL that's a strong bow. Sorry, I don't know much about mythics, just Az and Pure since I've gotten a Pure before.

This is a way to be op with the grandma but my build is better over all

Ganny sounds like Granny.
Granny also means Grandmother.

It would be smarter to add some fire powders, so you can hit higher bomb arrows
