I have tryed to link my acount using /forum but it is not working for and I also can not chat on the server chat can some one help me pls?

 

So, what do you mean? Could you take a picture of the issue? A picture would help out because I personally can't really understand the situation:
It says you can't chat?
And also, when you do /forum, do this:
/forum (insert username here)

 

Make sure (in regards to the chat) that your chat is turned on in your Minecraft settings. If you aren't seeing chat or you can't type anything, it usually is connected to your Minecraft chat settings and whether it is turned off or not.

And, as @CuddleDragonHoke said, to use forum you must use "/forum [your username]". If that doesn't work, you might need to tell me what it says in order to diagnose the issue.

The video is private, so we can't see it. Can you try modifying your YouTube settings so the privacy block is removed?

From what the chat looks like, it has something to do with your Minecraft settings since the message appearing in chat is in your native language and not in English (like Wynncraft text is). Try checking your Chat Settings in your Options and make sure your chat is turned on and everything can be seen.

About the forums thing, I'm not really sure since it usually tells you something when it links or it cannot be linked. Are you receiving any message on the forums regarding linking your account? You can try restarting both the forums and the game to see if that works. You can also try keeping the forums open while doing /forum.

 

It won't let me view it for some reason...
But if it's issues with chat, then either check your chat settings, or I would say ask a moderator, as you might be muted for some reason.
Unless it's a different issue with the chat (again, I cannot tell because It won't let me see the video sadly.)

Oops, I see that you fixed the video... and that others have replied since. I'll just delete this post then xP

 

If it was a mute, the message would probably be in English. In the video, the chat message is in a different language (the one he set), meaning it's connected with his Minecraft application and not Wynncraft (since Wynncraft uses English as the primary language).

Also, the video should be able to be viewed since the private block was removed.

I have make all changes but nothing the command forum gives no return and the forrum ask to do that... also the chat on the eglish configuration dosent work to...

This is an issue with your client, not the server, because the message is translated by your language setting. In other words, it's on your end, not Wynncraft's.
First things to try are:
Restarting Minecraft
Play on version 1.8.9
Make sure your chat settings are all turned on
