Any Class Help Galloping Spurs + Boat Till Victory ( Attempt : 2, Completed )

Just like before, I'm taking build ideas for challenge. This time, we'll talk about the build using Galloping Spurs for LI. Difference is, instead of riding horse, it's riding BOAT.

First, let's start with viewing the build I've created.

Spoiler: Build info

- Riding boat makes you unable to dodge attacks. So I decided to make it def build.
- I choose archer because it can deal with melee mobs (arrow shield) and ranged mobs (e)
- Lack of mobility allows me to focus on aim easily, so Nighthawk works well for this.

- Don't remove galloping e
- It's not horse, it's boat. Remember that boat can't move freely like horse.
- If necessary, you can choose the other class.
- Avoid mythics if possible.
- Don't make it rely on stat pots.

Anyway, if I understand how Cavalryman works, it gives you a -70% melee and a -70% spell damage debuff. Not total damage, just the standard spell and melee damage %.
Meaning there are 3 items very good with it for spell: Pure, Overdrive and The Nothing.

Then there's heavy melee because well, let's be honest, it just works

Edit: remove damage reduction from spurs and delete the mistake that is the nothing >:(
