Mage/Dark Wizard Gale's Sight Build (Looking for Feedback, Improvements and Ideas)

Hi, I'm trying to make a Gale's Sight build for comfy low tp cost movement.

Currently, I came up with these two, please let me know if you find any improvements or just better rebuilds:

I'm looking for decent eledefs, 35k+ ehp, and 25k+ ophanim (28-30k or more would be really nice) using the skilltree in the build links.
If you decide to rebuild this, there are no restrictions for mythics, li, hive, tomes, crafteds etc.
Also I really don't care about which wand to use, so feel free to suggest anything.

That's neat, I'll see if I can get a cheap warp. Otherwise, any ideas for slightly cheaper builds?

 

if you want lower tp cost without Warp then there's this new ring that gives you -6 tp cost
also maybe Breakthrough on some builds
