Buying Gale's Force (no Longer Buying)

What the title says.
Although my current Gale's Force has 35% Walkspeed and 13 Agility, I feel that it is lackluster in everything else... so here are the requirements for me buying one:

At least 30% Walkspeed
At least 15% Air Damage
At least -50% Earth Damage or less
At least 6 Agility SP

(Will accept those that are very close to the requirements though)

Will pay 2-6LE for it, depending on how much it exceeds the requirements. If you have your own Gale's Force, and you are interested in my Gale's Force instead, we could arrange a trade instead if that would be okay, so long as it meets the requirements.

I have a really good one, but I use it for my speed build. 36% ws 10 agil 25% air dmg and -36% earth dmg
