Fruma's Ragni Soldier

In the quest "recovering the past," the one that takes place in the tower of amnesia, there is a part where you play inside the memory.
If you look around, there is a ragni soldier in one of the cells...

How did he get here?
Why is he here?
What do the imperial guards want with him?
How do we know he is a ragni guard at this time?
why is he in a jail cell?
How did he get to fruma if the province is closed...
Why would fruma care about people in a different province?

Or is this just a glitch and i am thinking about it too much

 

I'd assume it's a glitch, they seem to base a lot of mobs off of simple Ragni models and they can revert back sometimes.

Spoiler: Caid turns into ragni citizen

Although, I'm not sure why they would base a prisoner off a guard model. Maybe the Fruman border isn't as one way as we thought.

 

It’s an actual, blue name tag Ragni archer. Has the name and health and skin and AI. It even tries to shoot at the fruma guards

 

While there is no war in the fruman walls, there may be prison riots.

In all seriousness, could we see a screenshot of this?

Well, that's... interesting. I suppose it could still have been an accident, but I don't think it would keep the skin or AI if it was a visual glitch. I kind of want to see this for myself now, do you know where in the prison it is?

hey, it is in the recovering the past quest, and when you get to the prison part, look in all the cells, he will be there, But i think it is on the other side of the room you start in

 

In the prison, as you walk along the ground floor towards the turn into the final bit of hallway to the exit door, you’re going to be looking at 2(?) cells at the end. The archer should be in the left one iirc. This is the part where you get sucked in, not the first one

 

yup, he's there all right

just shoots constantly towards where i was in this screenshot (even if there's a fruma soldier somewhere else).
only other people in cells are the poor human in the one right next to him and fruma soldiers that somehow spawned in other ones

 

Good, that guy belongs in there, a ragni archer killed my HHIC once

 

but how did he get there...?

 

Murdering players? Got arrested? idk

 

the walls to fruma are closed though
and besides, why would he go to fruma instead of ragni?
