Community Event Fruma Trailer/Changelog Bingo

It's 2026, and the Wynncraft twitter is active, so the Fruma trailer has to be coming soon, right?

Like I've done for the past few updates, I made a bingo for the upcoming trailer. Everything shown here is something that can feasibly be shown in a video or changelog.



Will we get that BINGO! again this time? We'll see...

Pretty hard to get bingo when two are deconfirmed

 

I expect:

• A simmering revolution but not a full blown war.
• I don't know what the butterfly motif is.
• A new MWE.
• Sohso.
• One raid.
• Max level boosted (this is confirmed I think).
• Friendly NPC (this is basically free points).
• New mythics (but ultra-rare, Anni-style ones).

I think everything else runs the gamut from vaguely possible to wildly implausible or outright deconfirmed.

My expectations are, no Bingo.

 

My spitballin for stuff not confirmed (id say most of this is wishful thinking for stuff below probably):

Near-certain:

• Queen is a major boss in Fruma (more or less guaranteed)
• Details on Sohso (weird for the CT to ignore him with him being a major figure in the post-??? stage; will likely involve some large mystery)
• Major insight on the War of the Realms (includes story rewrites for this)
• Outdated questline reworks or dialogue rewrites (mainly bringing pre-1.20 stuff up to speed, like the SE quests with Aledar)

Probably:

• WynnExcavation rework (hella outdated with all 4 quests being considered storyline quests. if the WotR prediction's true then this will likely go along with it)
• New MWE (doesn't have to be in fruma, possibly in Gavel or the SE, unlikely but could also be in Corkus, the Ocean, or the Void)
• More Corkus content (it's connected to Fruma and is kinda sparse with quests)
• Nesaak content updated (only natural following almuj in 2.1)
• New Mythics (with the level cap being raised, new mythics will probably be released to fill up the gap)
• New dungeon (i'd expect Fruma to be like the SE where it has both a dungeon and a raid, maybe even 2 dungeons)
• New raid (fits Fruma being content-dense, especially since this will be the new endgame area until dern probably)
• TLS quest (delayed from the Lootrun Update. its either a probably or a possibly, given lexnt has a lot of other stuff to do. gives a neat reason to go there though in the story)

Possibly:

• Clock Mystery Rework (again with lexnt's workload, she originally wanted it to release before (or at? forgot which) fruma at the latest iirc, but then there was other stuff she had to work on so it wouldn't come out before fruma)
• Professions rework (i think this is also smthn that everyone knows why it should be updated, but it may get shelved in the future for extra stuff in fruma)
• Troms content updated + Troms SDs (i think the 2.1 changelog mentioned that fruma would be mainly for quest changes, and it is also natural that with troms content being updated, SDs will also tag along to flesh out the story. kinda weird how the jungle's the only place without secret discoveries)
• Ocean Reborn (fits with Corkus imo. includes Ocean SDs, again goes with it possibly being too much for one update)
• DS, IP, UC, and IB all get reworks for the stuff before the boss (except charon; imo these dungeons are either hella outdated, have bad gameplay, or both. IB in particular needs a rework the most to fit in with the fact its entrance looks more like a temple and the dungeon looks like a cave that reeks of the old overdetailed build style)

Unlikely:

• Corrupted Fallen Factory (fits with Corkus content. if this comes out a Forgery rework would also probably follow. this may be wishful thinking but there could also be Corrupted Timelost Sanctum)
• Forgery rework (i think everyone knows why it needs a rework, its definitely meant to be a major piece of endgame content, but the stuff in fruma may be too much)
• LI boss rework (most (or all not sure how titanium rat fits into this) the pre-2.1 spell system. these bosses may be scaled up to meet the level cap (imo they should). However, LI has fallen off a lot since and it may not be too important to update

I'll buy every last lottery ticket if these happen in the fruma update:

• Dullahan boss fight (its been a bit since 1.20, but this may have fallen into irrelevancy. then again there was the post on Gavel's development, which may have teased dullahan for fruma? im definitely grasping at straws for this, but its a nonzero chance)
• Tossin's grave gets some new content (also probably wishful thinking, but it may go with troms content if it releases. hugely contingent on that if though)
• Corrupted Timelost Sanctum (i think lexnt said ctls will not come out with fruma, but things may have changed in development to allow this. then again with it being delayed, probably not)
• Espera Boss Altar (hey did anyone know that there the lazarus pit has a secret with the old book in the chapel after the quest that mentions a lich called espera? did you also know that there is a tower near the chapel that has a basement with smthn that looks suspiciously like a boss altar. hmmmm... it would be higher up had this not be so niche)
• Lake Gylia boss altar (theres also a boss-altar like formation in one of the mounds north of Lake Gylia near the gert camp. unlike espera's boss altar there is little to no hint what this could be. if i had to just take a shot in the dark i'd say a gert infused with a whole bunch of weird (the mob type) energy. fun idea, but unlikely to happen this update)
• Wind Fortress (the secret with the Follow the Wind bracelet does confirm there is smthn wind fortress-related in the future. when is impossible to say)
• More Silverbull content related to the Lootrun and Raid Masters (this is so niche and im not sure what these would even be, but after registering for each syndicate, each master says there's nothing else they can do as of now. definitely too soon for these, but is teased in-game)
• New class (this would've come out with 2.0 or 2.1. those were more gameplay-focused, this is more content-focused. not to mention there's a whole bunch of balancing needed to be done with a 6th class)

new endgame activity is kinda the big thing (if they add one)

i expect it to be group pve or group pvpve, and i hope its some kind of rougelike or dungeon crawler or something like that. i dont think its gonna be a solo activity
