Frostbite bugged

This is the first time this has happened to me and it seems to be happening to a lot of other players doing this quest. During frostbite in the part after you gave Eppo the lava bucket it gave me blindness and seemed like it was teleporting me. It did not in fact teleport me and I remained in the starting cave. I have tried going into the hole underneath the place Eppo was standing but it did not work. Any way I can progress through this quest? Im going for 100% quests so it is unskippable. I have also tried /classes, relogging, and /lobby
