Frost Bite quest bug (Mansion doesn't open)

Hi, I simply can't open the mansion door with the key, i'm at the part of the quest that say "Melt the ice and find the servant's corpse", I did get the key and continue the quest but the door won't open, I tried /kill, relog and class select.

I also can re-trigger the event where the npc warp me to the front of the mansion with his chariot but even like that it doesn't work.

 

Same here, can't open the door despite having the key. Talking to other people doing the quest at the same time, it doesn't seem to work for them either.

 

I managed to re-trigger all the events of Stage 6 ("Melt the ice and find the servant's corpse" but it doesn't resolve anything. Waiting on a reply for a submitted bug report.

 

Ok so I triggered the event where the npc take me to the mansion (by going into the cave where the npc was) and the key worked, quest finished, thanks if it's due to devs, hf
