Frost Bite Bugged

Hello, is there any way to solve this, please? This matters a lot to me.

When I was doing Frost Bite quest, the server crashed as I was in the cave with Rhudya after she gave me the TNT.

The TNT skin changed to the default head skin and Rhudya was gone.

When I left the cave Eppo was also gone. I can't progress because I need to speak with Eppo to give him the tnt, but Eppo isn't there.

My current stage in the quest book is: "Go Deeper into the cave and speak to Rhudya."

However, when I go back into the cave, Rhudya isn't there and I can't get a new TNT.

I tried switching worlds and /class, still, Eppo or Rhudya don't appear

This matters a lot to me because I was going for 100% quest completion. All main quests on all 14 classes. I was doing this quest for the 14th time, on my last class and it bugged out and I'm so sad about this...


I know this is going to be a meme like "Fix lag" but seriously Wynn fix the crashes, it literally breaks your game.

Also I tried doing /fixquests to maybe get the tnt again with the correct skin but it didn't work and I don't think that's the main issue anyway

 

The only thing I can think of trying is the /kill command which might reset that part of the quest. One way or another I would try to get assistance from a mod.
